kanino.ai · AWaaS

Agentic workflows, delivered as a service.

AWaaS is a single, tiered service. One operator, a small team, or an enterprise programme — the same engineering, the same Africa-context capabilities, priced for the scale you need.

Africa context, first-class

The capabilities a Western tool ships as a plug-in are foundational here.

PAYMENTS

M-Pesa & KES native

Daraja-grade understanding of mobile money flows. Reconciliation, statements, and tax handling speak the language Kenya runs on.

TAX & COMPLIANCE

eTIMS & KRA-aware

VAT, withholding, and electronic tax invoicing surfaces are part of the workflow primitives — not a separate integration layer.

LANGUAGE & TIME

Swahili, English, Nairobi time

Both languages are first-class. All scheduling assumes Africa/Nairobi. Date and currency formats follow Kenya conventions by default.

Where it earns its keep

Real workflows, run by real Africa-based operators.

Finance ops

Month-end close, M-Pesa included

Reconciling till and paybill statements against ledger entries is a manual slog. AWaaS pulls the statement, classifies the lines, and queues exceptions for human review — with VAT and withholding handled in the same pass.

Field operations

Procurement requests in Swahili

Site teams in Mombasa file procurement requests in Swahili over WhatsApp. AWaaS structures the request, validates against the catalogue, and routes for approval — output preserved in both languages.

Customer service

Insurance claims triage, in both languages

Customer queries arrive in code-switched Swahili-English. AWaaS extracts the policy, status, and outstanding documents — and drafts a response in the language the customer wrote in.

SME back office

Quotation to invoice, eTIMS-clean

From a buyer enquiry to a sealed quotation, to a confirmed order, to an eTIMS-compliant invoice — one workflow, persistent state, audit-ready.

Frequently asked

Practical questions, answered.

Where does my data live?

For Operator and Team tiers, processing happens in regional data centres with workloads selected per Kenya Data Protection Act obligations. For Corporate engagements, residency is a contracting variable — including in-country options where commercially viable.

Which model powers AWaaS?

The frontier model is a commodity layer. We operate model-agnostically and select per workload, balancing capability, cost, and residency. The product is the workflow and the Africa-context layer that sits on top — not any single model.

Can I integrate with existing systems?

Yes. Team and Corporate tiers include integration with the Daraja API, eTIMS, common accounting packages, and standard identity providers. Bespoke integrations are part of Corporate scoping.

How is pricing structured?

Operator and Team tiers are flat monthly subscriptions in KES. Corporate engagements are scoped per programme. Pricing displayed is indicative; final terms are confirmed at sign-up or in the engagement proposal.

How do I get started?

For Operator and Team tiers, use the contact form and we’ll set you up. For Corporate, request a discovery call and we’ll scope the engagement together. Both paths route through info@kaninoglobal.net.

Start where you are.

One operator, a team, or an institution — AWaaS scales without changing the engineering underneath.
